Delivery Information


  • Mainland UK

    All orders shipping to mainland UK addresses are shipped with DPD courier service on a next working day service and can be tracked on the DPD website using the Parcel Reference number provided. Orders placed before 16:30 will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

    Timed deliveries (pre 12:00 and pre 10:30) are available if required for a small additional charge, which can be selected during the checkout process when placing an order.


  • Shipping to the EU

    Orders shipping into the EU will generally be shipped with Royal Mail postal service however, if absolutely required, we are able to ship with other couriers also. Orders placed before 15:00 (UK time) will be processed and dispatched on the same day.


  • Outside of the EU

    Orders shipping outside of the EU will be shipped with Royal Mail postal service on an International Tracked and Signed service. Orders placed before 15:00 (UK time) will be processed and dispatched on the same day.


  • Tracking

    All orders are shipped on tracked services and tracking numbers will be available from the order details page once the shipment has been booked with our chosen courier.


  • Transit Damage

    All of our products are dispatched in brand new, purpose made packaging, however, any item damaged in transit will be replaced if the damage is reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide us with several photos of the damaged item and packaging, and ensure that the package is signed for as damaged. We kindly ask that you keep hold of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in for up to six weeks as the courier needs to examine them.
