We only ship using reputable courier services such as DPD, FedEx and Royal Mail. This means your order will be shipped via methods that are both tracked and insured. Orders are dispatched from our Ipswich (UK) based warehouse daily, to avoid any unnecessary delays.
Tracking numbers are available for every order we dispatch, please do get in contact once an order has been placed if this is required.
All of our products are dispatched in brand new, purpose made packaging. However, any item damaged in transit will be replaced if the damage is reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Please provide us with several photos of the damaged screen and packaging, and ensure that the package is signed for as damaged. We kindly ask that you keep hold of the damaged screen and the packaging it arrived in for up to six weeks as the courier needs to examine them.
